ENGINEERING AND DESIGN
From concept to scope to design, the dedicated engineering and design teams of the Cold Core Group have proven experience at providing reliable, cost effective and efficient systems designs to meet project objectives.
The engineering and design teams across the Cold Core platform rely on decades of experience, and a proprietary methodology to design solutions that optimize return on investment, instill ongoing operational efficiency, and reduce total cost of ownership.
INDUSTRIAL PREFABRICATION
All Temp Refrigeration, Summit Refrigeration, and Fore-Front Mechanical operate state-of-the-art fabrication shops – collectively over 64,000 square feet of shop space. This competitive advantage helps the Cold Core Group drive efficiency, and cost advantages to project delivery by allowing our team to build solutions to desired specifications prior to site construction.
INSTALLATION AND SYSTEM MODIFICATION
Whether a project is a facility expansion, a system modification or new installation, the Cold Core Group family of operating companies design and install quality-focused solutions that drive significant return on investment for customers. The Cold Core Group maintains the capabilities to perform installation and system modification nationwide.
SERVICE & MAINTENANCE
Through its operating companies, the Cold Core Group offers 24/7/365 emergency, repair, and maintenance services across facets of your mission critical refrigeration system, and other mechanical systems. We also offer specialized Preventive Maintenance Programs to keep your system running smoothly. The Cold Core Group operating companies maintain offices throughout central and eastern United States. With offices in Wisconsin, Iowa, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Alabama, the Cold Core Group has expansive geographic coverage from which it can harness its capabilities to exceed customer needs.
PSM & OTHER SERVICES
Whether it be designing an energy efficient system, developing a cost-effective long-term capital investment program, or managing a PSM program, the Cold Core Group has a team of dedicated experts that specialize in these services. Our team leverages extensive experience and proprietary methodologies to deliver solutions aimed at helping our clients manage the complex challenges related to industrial refrigeration.
PSM services include assistance with process safety information, process hazard training, mechanical integrity tests, RSM/PSM general duty compliance, ARM/PSM program development and support for regulatory audits. Additionally, the Cold Core Group also offers a web-based compliance solution to streamline ongoing management of the PSM program via a license or a fully managed service.
The Cold Core Group has the team, expertise, and experience to develop a customized, client specific training program, covering topics from basic ammonia safety to more technical content. Training can be conducted either at the client’s site, or at our state-of-the-art training complex.
